Matrix Engineering has its own manufacturing facility spread over an area of 10,000 M², located in Sundar Industrial Estate Lahore, Pakistan. Manufacturing facility is equipped with all kind of Tools, Plant & Machinery to cater heavy and light manufacturing in a wide range of materials including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel. All kind of lifting Tools & Equipment including mobile cranes, overhead cranes, fork lifters and pallet trucks for safe handling of jobs are also available at our manufacturing facility. Skilled manpower adopts the engineering design to finished products with the help of allocated resources under the supervision of experienced management.

Following activities are carried out at our manufacturing facility;

Production Planning & Control department plays vital role for timely completion and delivery of jobs. They prepare & implement production plans, closely monitor these plans and take necessary measures to remove bottlenecks by allocating more resources if required.

Finally these plans are analyzed by comparing budgeted man-hours, materials & consumables against actual consumed as a part of continual improvement.
